Car Model: Opel Crossland x- 2018

Mileage: 45000 Km

Only used as a city car no highways

Chasis Number: 4269900

Motor Number: 32059

Maintenance Service Provider: Mansour Opel Egypt- Alexandria , Al-amerya Branch

I drove my car to make the Scheduled maintenance and I had some complains several times (started at the 10,000 Km Maintenance) concerning the same error which was oil level alert that keeps showing shortly after each maintenance and I asked the Official Service provider in Egypt Opel Mansour to check for any other possible existing defects several times, one of the main concerns I had for the last three Scheduled maintenances was a sound i hear in the suspension system of the vehicle and they mentioned every time that it only requires tightening of the suspensions screws and bolts. However, on my last maintenance which was just exactly after i went out of the warranty period all my previous complains were identifiable immediately at ease and they asked me to pay for all of them and specially the drive shaft which as you know is too expensive. Additionally, the service provider was asked to check for any defects or repairs needed, and they didn't even mention the drive shaft problem unless i mentioned that I'm hearing an abnormal sound. In other words, if they were not instructed directly on a defect they will not try to identify any problem which reflects how irresponsible their personnel acts.

Taking into consideration that I bought an Opel for its reputation of a durable safe car, in this essence it doesn't make any sense to have my drive shaft broken after 45000 km usage in city streets with no history of accidents or hitting any thing.

Furthermore, when I mentioned that I will file a complain to Opel HQ, they acted like they don't care and they mentioned that filing a complain won't take me anywhere.

Desired outcome: I would like to request that Opel HQ intervene in my case and I want to request a free repair within the warranty or based on the Goodwill.
