I was charged twice for software that I only purchased once and I absolutely refuse to pay twice, I don't feel like I should pay AT ALL because it messed up my laptop and now it does not run at all. So why should I even pay at all, let alone twice. I will not pay twice. You have my number above if you need to call me.

DRI*Tuneup360 has taken unauthorized charges from my account 3 times now. I have called them and tried to get them to charge back my money, but they act like they cant find my account. If I get angry they hang up and block my number. The number on my bank charge is not available and 2 numbers are given in place of the one on my account charge. The company that answers is Digital River.
Digital River claims to have no knowledge of the account even though there is a charge on my statement with their number on it!
They are Asian customer service people that just keep repeating the same information as if you're stupid or something. I challenged the representative by saying, "How can I have been charged if you have no account with my name on it? Find it and charge back the money!" She replies, "Yes mam, let me put you on hold for a moment." Then click, no more help. Digital River has to have something to do with it because it is their number on the account charge on my bank statement.
