Hello, how can one be friendly when nothing gets resolved. We have a Dreamstyle shower and its falling apart. We have a 100% lifetime warranty, are seniors and nobody seems to care. It is costing us a pretty penny. We are not getting results! Installed May 2023. The fixtures are fall off. my next complaint is with the BBB. We live in Las Cruces NM, and you work out of El Paso TX its 45min away. I hope a Manger of Dreamstyle is reading this. Please Help us.
