The subject doctor is incompetent and lied. He took over a practice from a doctor who is terminally ill. Upon calling and finding out the previous dr. was no longer available, Dr. Flynn agreed to do a simple Botox injection exactly the same as the previous dr. and at the same price. Dr. Flynn admitted never having reviewed my medical file. (The doctor was made aware that this injection was to be administered prior to beginning a new career position that required moving out of town. He said it would take three days before I would notice results. Please keep in mind that I have had experience with Botox over 8 years and know what to expect as far as results.The Botox injection had absolutely no effect. He was on vacation when I called to report lack of results and said I wouldn't actually see results until after 2 weeks - new time period now! He said I could come back in to see him after he returned at the end of July even though I was told by his staff that he would be back in a few days. He said he would re-do the injection only after being certain I would already have moved to another city. He also refused a refund and said he charged me appropriately for the Botox I got and the results I experienced. Apparently, if that were true, the charge shoul have been absolutely nothing. Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the best description of this doctor. If a doctor will rip you off for several hundred dollars, not stand behind it and allude that it's the patient's fault that a treatment didn't work, can you imagine using that same doctor to do actual surgery? If a plastic surgeon can't figure out how to do a simple Botox injection, what permanent damage would he do (and not stand behind it) if he attempted surgery?!? Maybe the rest of you have money to burn using incompetent, unprofessional plastic surgeons, but I certainly do not. Thank God I found out with a botched injection and not a botched surgery that would be permanently disfiguring.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Dr. Flynn is a wonderful caring and compassionate Physician. As a RN I am very cautious about whom I choose and Dr. Flynn is one of the best. I am not part of his staff and am a Pediatric Nurse. He performed a mid line face lift on me and the results are beautiful. He listened to all my concerns, answered my questions, and provided exceptional skill and care. He is a perfectionist and his work is excellent. I have recommended family and friends to him and all are pleased.
I have to disagree with the above complaint. I had a facelift with Dr. Flynn, and I have WONDERFUL results. He and his staff were very professional.
Dr. Flynn just performed a face-lift for me. I am only 5 days out, but I already am thrilled. He customized my procedure exactly for me. He is a perfectionist. His staff is wonderful, too. Do not let these negative comments deter you. I have been on numerous consults. and have had several procedures done by different doctors, and hands down, he is one of the best out there. His prices are also very reasonable.
I recently had a tummy tuck and liposuction to bilateral knees by Dr. Flynn. I am 2 weeks post-op today and I just wanted to say that both Dr. Flynn and his staff have been nothing but WONDERFUL for me so far. From day one I knew Dr. Flynn was the perfect match for me. He is very thorough and very intelligent. I have seen many pictures of tummy tucks online and I must say that my belly button is perfectly round! I have very little bruising on my stomach. My incision is still not healed but from the looks of it it's going to heal very nicely. All of the nurses at his surgery center were so caring and sweet and very helpful. My overall experience with the surgery was very smooth and everyone was so nice. I was nervous but they all put me at ease. Dr. Flynn's work is impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have cosmetic surgery. He has been very caring and informative throughout this whole procedure. I am very pleased with my results so far.
Dr. Flynn is an unethical physican. I've had three additional surgeries to correct my eyes (from a opthomologist surgeon), and I still suffer.
It sounds like a few people are unhappy. The Doctor or any Doctor only has to work with what you bring to the office. if your breasts are a little uneven then they possibly will be a bit uneven after. but I am sure better than what you looked like before. Women who have had surgery still use tricks like "Spanks- undergarment product, padded bras, make-up and botox etc...
Stop trying to be like a magazine photo, and work with what you have. (check out Dove ad on You-tube). It doesn't matter what Doctor you complain about, some people have a good experiance and some have a bad experiance. The trick is to just try to improve what you have not be A model in a magazine or on TV. (They are so airbrushed anyway) NO Doctor dead or alive can make you that perfect.

Oh my gosh. If only I had researched Dr. Flynn before going to him. I paid for a Botox injection which had absolutley no effect. I have had it a couple times before with excellent results so I know it works on me. When I went for a follow up two weeks later with this quack, he told me he would not re-do the Botox but that he would give me a "good deal" on an eye lift. PLEASE...talk about a scam. This guy needs to get rid of the hair piece and stop trying to look like Bruce Jenner. Thank GOODNESS I did not go to him for anything permanent! well I am glad I came online to look up the dr. who ###ed up my boob job! did not expect to find other complaints.Three years ago when I was 19 and was with my mother, who passed april 2009. I was so excited to get a breast augmentation and i guess i did not do enough research. My complaint was one boob lower and fuller than other. Told him I was not happy. he measured and agreed one half inch differece from collar bone to nip. my mother was in room and was sticking up for me cuz i was shy. he was very rude and raising his voice.he would not re do them or refund me. it was gauranteed redo for 6 months after sergury. I would not have wanted him to re do my breasts after that anyways. he is an ###. I hope other people see this. I hope he visits this website again and reads this. he is very unprofessional and a cheat.
I agree. I had an awful experience with Dr. Flynn. It was a waste of money as I had to go to another doctor to correct what he has done. Not to mention he was rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional. The other doctors at his center are wonderful so I do not want to deter anyone from going to them.
I find the above comment regarding Dr Flynn's incompetence quite shocking and unbelievable. I have personally been a patient of Dr. Flynn's for over 15 years and wouldn't dream of ever going anywhere else. I have even followed him when he moved his practice during the years~he is that good.. He is one of the most kind and respected Doctors I have ever met. Saying he is an artist doesn't even do him justice. He also has preformed many plastic surgeries for me and I also receive Botox among other things from only him and he NEVER makes an error. He is a perfectionist to say the least. He has the kindest most caring bedside manor that very few Doctors ever could hold a candle to. There have been but a few times when Botox didn't take for me and Dr. Flynn has ALWAYS treated me fairly. I have recommended many friends to him for plastic surgeries and they have ALL been thrilled with their results! If you want to look at least 10 years younger~I recommend Dr. Flynn.

Dr. Flynn is a great person, I had my first plastic surgery done; it was a breast augmentation and it went great. I am so happy with the results and I was treated very well from both the staff and Dr. Flynn. I would definitely use him again and I have already recommended his services.
I too had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Flynn and will most certainly use him again when ready for my next procedure. Caring, patient, and an artist is how I would describe him

I find the above comments hard to believe. I have had surgery--facelift--from this doctor and have had a number of free or deeply discounted procedures. He has been nothing but fair. His service has been fabulous.
