Disabled me and ended my quality-of-life
Dr. Saul Berger of Encino performed extensive, unnecessary, harmful surgery on me without proper informed consent.
At the time I went to Dr. Berger for medically recommended breast surgery, I was highly functional, physically active and healthy, and ran a successful, meaningful business. I am now disfigured, in agonizing unrelenting pain, ill health, permanent disability, and am dependent on social services.
The harm I experienced from Dr. Berger wasn’t just what he did to me in surgery. His post-surgical actions caused me tremendous and ongoing additional damage.
Other doctors have seen that the surgery Dr. Berger did was crippling, and not medically or cosmetically acceptable.
