Dr. Robert Frederick Leroy / Dallas, Texas / Medical City review: Negligent murderer

A little over 20 years ago, on July 7, 2000, Dr. Robert Frederick Leroy callously and coldly murdered our mom through his intentional and callous negligence. Just because trying and convicting an incompetent, unprofessional, criminally negligent doctor in Texas was, we were informed, practically impossible at the time doesn't mean Leroy shouldn't be rotting in prison for the rest of his life instead of endangering more patients over the last twenty years. If you or a loved one are a patient of Leroy's, don't be surprised if he doesn't call you or your family after 'accidentally' murdering one of you and whine 'Your family isn't going to sue me, are you?', exactly as he did to ours. That Medical City defends and condones Leroy's criminality also... They should be closed down. Good luck if you have to deal with this monster. Pay for your grave plot before you make an appointment, though.
