Dr. Richard C. Hartwell, MD / Coastal NeuroSurgery review: no follow up after testing.

Workers comp . sent me to DR Hartwell several times for re evaluation in Oct of 2019 he sent me for MRIs of my spine with and without contrast, well a few weeks later his office called my home and told me to come pick up my test results My brother in law Picked them up for me as I cannot walk or drive.
There were no conversation of a follow up appointment.
On Jan: 23rd I went to my family DR: Lozowski for problems with my neck, and I asked Him if he could loon over the results from the MRIs DR. Hartwell sent me for, DR Lozowski read the report and was amazed that DR Hartwell did not follow up with an appointment, or treatment, He told me and my wife that I had Severe spinal Stenosis, Spondylosis, and the Major problem was I had Osteomyelitis which is very serious. And should be looked at by an Orthopedic Surgen. AsAP as this is a very serious problem.
This is a Workers Comp case and since 2004 I have been dealing with them with no results. I have an a Attorney but it seems like she cannot do anything to help where Workers Comp . is concerned. they just do not responed. I am suffering with pain for years now and I cannot go to a Dr that will treat this condition because Workers Comp will not pay, and Medicare will not pay because there aware that this is a Workers Comp case.
If you can do anything to help me I would really appreciate it.
