On 03/29/2019 I was given cosmetic injections of what I thought were Bellefill and Dysport. After I arrived in the office, the doctor fast talked me into purchasing $1, 000 of more product. I had already purchased 80 units of Dysport and 2 syringes of Bellafill from Groupon co. which in the past has always been sufficient to get my desired results. The doctor did not cleansed my face, and the syringes were already filled when I got there. I was not shown the lot numbers, expirations dates or boxes the product came in. Also, I was not told what the extra fillers were or the amounts he was injecting. He then rushed me out of the office without a receipt.
The office was in disarray, and there were products in large duffle bags on the floor. Looking back, I should have used better judgement and left, but again he use high pressure and a fast talking sales pitch; he was very condescending and intimidating.

I texted and emailed him several times asking for a receipt and the information of the products. He kept promising me he would send it but didn't. The products never took effect.
After several attempts to get the information from his company, I asked for a refund from my credit card company. The credit card denied my claim because Dr. Muhammad Mirza lied and told them he reached out to me, but I never responded, and accused me of making "false allegations" which is not true.
All I asked from him originally, several times, were the lot numbers, expiration dates, amounts injected and type of extra product I paid him $1, 000 for and the Groupon injections I purchased which were supposed to be 2 syringes of Bellefill and 80 units of Dysport. Now I am questioning whether or not if he injected those either, due to his lack of disclosure of the products specifications.

I am a 55 year old female who is in good shape and has great skin and tone in my face. I am also a special needs teacher and pride myself in being a fair and truthful person. I am in great standing, not only with my school and the district, but also with the many families I help.
I see now, that I was not theonly one scammed. I looked on https://www.realself.com/review/englewood-nj-botox-scammed-dr-muhammad-mirza#comment-5790611 and there are many people who have the same concerns.
I hope that you can help me resolve this issue, so I can be sure the products were legitimate and that I was not injected with something that could cause harm in the future.
Thank you in advance
