Donal o Sullivan dentist..Ireland review: Forgot to administer me my anesthetic

I was treated in my dentist today..i got a bar into my gum to secure my front filling of my tooth. i went through severe agony and nearly passed out as i left the building. he said it was his assistants fault and she made a light heated joke about it.

I got no sympathy what so ever! is there anything i can do in regards to this malpractice.
