So, I ordered some parts from Dometic Guy and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I mean, I thought I was getting the right parts, but boy was I wrong. When I got the package, it was like they just threw in whatever they had lying around. None of the parts were what I ordered and I was pretty upset about it.

So, I tried to reach out to them to see if I could get the right parts or at least return the ones I got. But, let me tell you, it was like talking to a brick wall. I sent them multiple emails and even tried calling them, but I never got a response. It was like they just didn't care about their customers at all.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Dometic Guy. It's just not worth the hassle. You're better off finding a different company that actually cares about their customers and getting the right parts. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of time and frustration in the long run.

I tried going to their CONTACT US PAGE on their website, but it just links me to dometic.com, which has absolutely no affiliation with Dometic Guy. What gives? I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed or something.
