I registered on the website www.domcop.com, ‘coz I wanted to register my domain. I filled all forms and waited for the answers from the agent, ‘coz one guy promised to help me. But after several hours no one replied. I tried to reach them, but all my emails were retuned back. Maybe someone has any idea how to track the staff and get any help from them, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

DomCop.com does not register domains on your behalf. To do so, you need to go to a registrar like GoDaddy or NameCheap. Are you sure you filled the form on our website and one of our agents was helping you in doing so? I ask this, because there is currently no way to register a domain using DomCop.com directly.
If you can email me details, I could try and guide you to the right resource regarding the issue you had at one of the registrars.
