Dodge Canada review: 4x4 short circuit

I have a 09 dodge 1500 ram with 124,000 km. It has always been serviced by dodge certified mechanics. Beware when you wash the vehicle as there is a deficiency that dodge is not admitting to in regards to it's 4x4 systems. The dealerships are aware of this and there are several complaints about this issue online. I contacted dodge to see if they would be willing to at least pay for the parts but instead got an email saying they are unaware of any such problems and will not take the word of other people or their dealerships. I would suggest anyone thinking of buying a dodge seriously look into the 4x4 that dodge makes and its instability. I washed the vehicle in a drive thru car wash and got a service 4x4 warning light and the truck was stuck in four wheel drive and wouldnt disengage. Had I needed to use the 4x4 for its intended purposes such as getting out of the ditch I would have possibly had the same issue happen. Why buy dodge!
