In November 2023, I paid Doctors Business Network $4300 to credential me with several insurance companies. They credentialed me with five companies, stopped answering my phone calls and emails. Steve Garrett and Natasha are rip offs. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they overly charged for services they did not render. If I could rate them a zero star, I would.
Recommendation: Run far away from this company, they will rip you off!
I wish I would have done my homework and really vetted this company. This was a hard and costly lesson learned. I will ask you to please not hire this company, they will scam you out of your money. They should be put out of business.
Get a lawyer right away! Legal action should be initiated for breach of contract and potential fraud. Also, file a chargeback if you made the payment through credit card and report them to your state’s attorney general. Keep track of all conversations.
