Straight from their website: " *DKOldies has the right to refuse any package. We do encourage you to send in all your games working or not. Our team will clean and test everything and if we can get them working we will buy them. If things are damaged beyond repair or are in terrible condition we will not pay full price. Please include a note with your games and include your contact information and how you would like to be paid. " They state right in there that they will not pay full price if things to the seller if "things are damaged beyond repair"...which tells me they will buy them and send them to those of trusting enough to purchase...what a shame.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

well i was playing my n64 and after what 1 day you can guess. it stops working!
I had ordered a NES Nintendo for my kids. I tried to track the package using the tracking number that DKOldies gave me. It didn't work. I called the company...no call back. I emailed the company and 4 days later they emailed back and said to keep calling UPS and it wasn't their problem. The package arrived 2 weeks late and the unit was completely broken. I've called to ship it back and they won't respond. I've also emailed their sales department as instructed on their website. I'm disputing the charge on my credit card.
I got a complaint against Dkoldies if my $158 check isn't traced and find out where it is and if my other $51 check doesn't come in like they said it would they will be a better bussiness bereau breathing down their necks and they will be shut down permnently when im finished. They done me right 2 times done good until the boss was out for vacation they need to get those rookies out of there that doesn't know what they are doing they are putting hard ships on me making me waste gas running 15 to 20 miles to check my po box where my other check appeared in the box at the time october 7, 2013 where my other 2 checks should appeared at the same day with the others they was all sent out at the same time and I had $200 insurance for each package. I believe some of those workers are trying to pocket them some loose cash while the boss isn't around. That check is going to be traced if they don't want trouble they can't get out of they better be doing customers right or they'll be finding them a new place to work i'll have it shut down over this fraud. They had a person in there working for them that day my package came through he didn't look at all my quotes for my games he just looked at those games and wrote the check out if he done anything he should of checked my games and look at the papers carefully instead of just rushing through it and forgetting about what I had. I always check my consoles and games and clean them throughly before sending them and I also made double spot checks on what i written and see if everything is in order before shipping anything out to them. I saw alot of customer satisfied that is why I throught they would been a legitament company the owner was a legitmate man those workers he has working for him doesn't know what they are doing I tell them to ship my shipping back on a paper and they do not I have over $100 in games some are very rare to get. Last time I called this person and told him you didn't give me all my money and he said he forgot to send you that $41 dollars it cost me $16.85 to ship to them besides $3.05 of insurance that cost for $200 of insurance to make sure my package wasn't lost in the mail. That $16.85 was suppose to be shipped back but no he told me over the phone I will give you $10 of your money back that isn't in the agreement statement on their official website. Cheating me out of $6.85 that is bad bussiness my money is just as good as their money just as the other man/woman that has it. Do a man right and you'll prosper much but if you do someone wrong then you ain't going to prosper at all you going to lose out on valueable customers that could sent you some really rare games you do me wrong you don't get no more customer support from me. I got games that you would just love to get your hands on but after they done me this way and made it hard on me I'm not sending another game to them. They will not be price quoteing my Red Sea Crossing, Birthday Mania or my Air Raid for Atari 2600 I'm saleing it to another company they just lost out im not going to be ripped out of my money because of two clowns that doesn't know what they are doing in this local bussiness. Rob needs to get him some new workers instead of pocket grabbers robbing from him. Robbing from his customers not sending out checks when they suppose too.
the company is Scam and breaking laws I have a dispute with my bank right now because of them do not buy any thing from them they r a waste of time and no one isthere ever i think the company is ran by a kid
DK oldies are terrible, they sell NES boxes expensive and they have the audacity to send you boxes badly damaged, with rips, missing the 'ears' of the box and even send you wrong items...beware buying game boxes from them, they use stock photos and as i said have they nerve to send you badly damaged boxes...beware

The point is they dont advertise it as such. If they would put pictures of the ACTUAL boxes they send out that would be okay since you would get all the info you need to make an informed choice. But they are making their stuff look better then it is on their website wich is shad af
I work at DKOldies.com and this is not true. We buy all games and Systems and encourage the customer to send in all they have. We sell off-condition games in wholesale lots and use broken systems and games for parts. Every game sold at www.DKOldies.com is checked for condition, cleaned and tested inside and out.

Lmao I had no idea that this lie has been going on longer than a decade. DKOldies is the biggest retro gaming scam on the internet. The recent tiktok blowup is futher solidifying how much of a scam it is. At this point I'm surprised they haven't hired a scam call center in india to tell people their NES has a virus.
