I purchased a game system from a company called dk oldies.com and i did not recieve it yet i am more than pissed i contacted usps service because the company gave a tracking number usps said they have no record of the number at all and im still giving these people the benefit of the doubt because im the kind of person that believes that people really dont do this kind of stuff to people i became really scared when i was searching online and came across some reviews some people had written about this company every one of the reviews about complaints.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I contacted DK Oldies to request a game that they didn't ship me...and they sent it right out overnight...very satisfied with their service!
I ordered a system and two games and when I received my order, was missing a game (the one I bought the system for!). I've contacted the company and so far no response. I will update if I hear from them.
