DiversyFund review: Lack of transparency

I initially invested in Reit I in July 2020. I understood that it was illiquid and I would not receive a return on my investment for 5 years. I stopped receiving fund updates in 2024, after receiving the attached letter. Since then, the investor portal has been static, not allowing me access to see how the fund is progressing and what stage it is in. I still receive emails urging me to invest more almost daily, but when I try to contact anyone at the company through the portal, it lands on an error page. I have reached out multiple times on the Diversyfund website and have not received any response. The telephone number listed for them is not working. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and Diversyfund’s response was evasive and did not address my questions, but rather a canned response. This is unacceptable for any investor, accredited or not. I have been investing for many years and have never encountered this lack of communication before. I am also curious who their current registered agent is, since the last one I could find filed for resignation in February of 2025. I want to know why they are not responding or allowing access to our portfolios. If there is something amiss that affects the investors, this should be disclosed.
