DiversyFund review: No reply to numerous emails

Opened account in 2021. Last posted transaction was a dividend in 2022. Nothing from them since. Multiple emails about closing my account have not been answered. There is no customer service phone number - so there's no way to contact the company other than email or through the website. No link on the website about withdraw or closing accounts. Starting to feel like I've been scammed. Based on other investors feedback there's not a single person who has withdrawn from the fund(s)
