According to an email I received from customer support dated February 3, 2025, I was informed that my investment was scheduled to be liquidated no later than December 31, 2025. Based on this communication, I reasonably expected to receive either an update or the proceeds of the liquidation within that timeframe. However, despite multiple follow-up attempts through email and other available communication channels, I have not received any response or clarification from the company regarding the current status, progress, or release of these funds. This lack of communication has caused ongoing concern and uncertainty about the disposition of my investment.
