They stopped paying dividends in 2022 and promised I could cash out the full amount in five years. It has been five years, and I need to cash out my account, including the dividends that have not yet been paid for 2023, 2024, and 2025. Please pay my dividends from 2023, 2024, and 2025, and then I need to cash out the entire amount I invested plus dividends, since you promised I could cash out after 5 years

Claimed loss: $532

Desired outcome: Pay out my dividends for 2023, 2024, and 2025, and then return my investment since you promised I could cash out in full after 5 years. It’s been over 5 years.
