District Capitol Glass review: Unprofessional and unfinished job - wrong glass measurement for all 3 panels

I ordered a customized shower glass from District Capitol Glass and paid $300 down payment on Dec. 16 2021. The technician that I've dealing with is Habib Bezine. He told me the Glass and its materials will be delivered on Jan. 5th. I called him on Jan. 3rd to check in with him on the delivery details to find out that the delivery will be delayed to Thursday Jan. 6th. I had no problem with that! Then He called me Thursday and said the delivery will have to go to the next week Jan. 11th. I explained to him why this is not okay as I have a contractor working inside my home and I can't let him go and pay him in full without having the shower glass installed and now it is a problem since the glass won't be here on time. Nevertheless, I had no other option just to wait and hope the glass will show up on the 11th. Finally on the 11th Habib showed up late and delivered the 3 glass panels in a hurry, took his money via Zelle and asked my wife for even more - we contracted him for $1, 300, he asked her for $1, 440. When he left, we discovered that the Glass measurement was all wrong for all 3 panels. I called him and asked him to come back which he did but only after voicing that he's unhappy and that we don't know how to measure and that his measurement are all okay. When he arrived and measured them himself he was apologizing and he begged me to keep them and that he can install them for me and I won't even be able to spot any problem when he's done. He said he will incur loss if I don't help him out here. I foolishly accepted to help him and agreed that as long as he can install the 3 panels for me without any problem, then it is fine with me. He promised to come next day 4 pm to install them. He didn't show up at 4 pm. I called him, he said 30 mins. An hour later my wife called him again said 30 min. Finally he called at 8:20 pm and said he's in his way. I told him I can't have you this late. Let's do it tomorrow, next day again he showed up later way late at 09:30 pm and stayed working with another guy up until 1:30 am in the morning. He ruined my tiles, broke 1 of them, and with wrong measurement, he drilled another 2 tiles that I will have to now make new holes in them and move the panels to the right place. He also installed the door wrong, backside in the front and frontside in the back. I also now have to hire a new handyman to complete his job as he showed up with wrong materials that don't fit the panel handle holes. He also forgot to bring the guide for the panel among other things.

Desired outcome: I need someone else to come and fix the mess caused by the unprofessional work of Habib.

Habib reached out and removed the glass panels and everything else from my house and we agreed to have my money refunded minus some amount to help him cover some of the cost he incurred caused by the inaccurate measurements. I believe that this experience will make him more careful in future. I wish him good and hold no grudges against him and/or his business.
