This company, they collected funds to put ads in Magazine and Cable TV. It happened in December . They haven't finished the contract we paid for in full. They don't call back or email. It's a big scam! We want our money back or for them to finish the contract we paid for. The Magazine Ad was supposed to be full time every week, but so far it's only been done once in our area for a Magazine drop. The TV Cable Ads have never been done. We've called and emailed, but we get nothing in return.

I paid them $*** for an advertisin package consisting of print, email, Tv and radio ads. The salesman who came to my office told me specifically it would start from April1, 2021 to Oct 31, 2021 and consist of 20-25 magazine ads per month, 50 spectrum cable TV ads of 15 seconds each, and 7000 to 10,000 email blast per week. To date they have done none of this and I can't even get a person to call me back when I leave messages. When I finally got a human on the phone they acted like I they had no idea what I was talking about.

This company, a guy named *** came to our office and sold us a multi-media campaign saying we'd have a center page in a magazine from Jan 2021-Sep 2021, a 15s still commercial airing in Nov & Dec on big networks, and a 5 keyword/5 zip code Google search ad. After confirming the magazine artwork, I asked about the TV slot since it was supposed to air before the magazine was distributed. Then a *** told me the TV ad won't go out until mid 2021 and she "wasn't sure why he would've told us that". She was rude and unprofessional and didn't take responsibility for the misleading info. I told her that's why we signed up and if they can't deliver, we want to cancel and get our *** deposit back. She agreed, but said it'd take a few weeks. Then she sent an email saying they're keeping the deposit because the artwork department already started on the magazine ad. We don't want anything to do with this company and need our refund. They won't take responsibility for their team member lying and refusing to give us our money back. I have all emails and the invoice.
