Our company tried to set up an account with DigiTech Payments. Before we completed the set up we were sent a terminal in the mail. I was then told that we didn't have all the required information to set up an account. After multiple attempts to get the required information, I decided to stop going forward with setting up an account with them. As soon as I let them know of my decision and requested a return label for the terminal their customer service stopped. I received an invoice through my email shortly after for a device and account that was never set up or used. I've been trying for over a month now to get a return label, I've sent emails to multiple people in their company, left multiple voice messages and either don't hear back from anyone or am told they'll reach out and help me soon and they don't. I've just received another invoice and been billed again. I think I'm starting to understand why they are avoiding letting me send the terminal back. If I don't send it back, then they can keep charging us. I am beyond frustrated with this situation. I should have trusted my gut from the beginning. I highly recommend that no one trust this company. They are horrible. I've seen a few good reviews but all I can say to those is I hope you don't ever decide to try and stop their services. Those good reviews will turn bad real quick.
Recommendation: Do not trust this company!!
