Our company tried setting up an account with digitech payments in November 2025. We were unable to provide the necessary documentation at the time to complete set up. They said they were unable to complete the account set up and we decided not to go ahead with it. They had already sent the terminal which I thought was weird and left in the box. When I requested a return label for the terminal I was told someone would get back to me soon. I tried calling and messaging multiple people in the company and kept getting the run around. l I finally had to call the terminal company itself to get a return label from them and explained the situation. At that time the customer service representative that I was speaking with said he wasn't surprised. As this wasn't the first time this had happened. I received the return label in January and shipped the terminal back on January 16, 2026. Since then our company has still been billed every month. We've now been charged for 5 months straight for a service we've never received, an account that was never completely set up and a terminal that was never activated. The company is not getting back to me about these payments and the only step we have left is to claim fraudulent charges through our bank account and hope that this can come to an end. Anyone thinking about switching to this company should NOT do it. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. Trust me it is not worth the stress that will follow. Learn from our mistakes.
Desired outcome: To have our company taken out of their system so we are no longer billed for a service and product that we have NEVER received and to have the charges that were billed to us be reimbursed.
