I received a call friday 12/30 9:00 o'clock from Diana Michel Castello Broker from Trade authority LLC with CLD 6969237, to let me know I had shares from Vidanta that I will need to redeem before I will loose them, she provide me with the phone number from the Financial Division of Marina Vallarta [protected], I ask all this information if it was true and wasn't a scam and she provide me the KEY OF THE REGISTRATION from my file and told me I have 130 shares at $635.25 and if I didn't want to cash this shares I could get a free week at the Delluxe Hotel all inclusive but I had only to January 4th to sell or monetize this shares or they will deposited to the Corporation of Vidanta and I will loose everything. I didn't agree and told them that look like a scam.

Mrs. Castello told me, well that's ok if you don't want to proceed with this transaction, you can call them back and get your week of vacation free. And hour later her assistant call me and start explaining back without rush how this work and that his boss will made a commision of 2.85% of the total

we check everything they told us in google and and everything was real, they told us we need to open an account with Asset Proteccion and Management

Country of complaint: United States

Desired outcome: I would like that your company take action and protect us that invested in your Timeshare and stopping from working people loose their savings and they have all my personal information.

The same exact story was told to my mother. But it is all a fraud. Once they claim you need to send money to open a basic account, that money is the one you will never see. There are no shares. There is no such Trade Authority of Puerto Vallarta

I had the same thing happen to me. Three calls.

This is all caused by Vidanta poor business practices.
