Developer IQ Magazine review: yearly subscription paid but not received

I have paid an amount of paid 2160 on 2016 Dec 8th towards yearly subscription of developer IQ magazine. But not received the copies . When questioned we got a response that it was stopped due to demonetization and will restart them. But so far I have not received any copies since this communication.

Please have my amount refunded
