I have 2 cell phone contracts ie [protected] and [protected]. I've been living in my current house for the last 18 years. Since the severe hailstorm in Johannesburg in October this year we've been having weak or no signal in my house if we want to phone we have to go outside in my driveway. I am an Orthopedic surgeon in private practice and the hospital struggles to get hold of me after hours due to no signal in our house. I have now reported this problem twice but was told today that they don't find any problems however we still don't have proper signal in the house since the hailstorm. It seems they are now trying to lay the problem at my feet and it seems they don't seem to understand that before the hailstorm we had no problems and now we have.
At this stage I am paying for a service that is not functional which I feel is unfair. Please investigate
