Hello, Website: http://develoflex.com/ Contact no: [protected] email: [protected]@develoflex.com His name is matt langan, freelancer profile ID (mlangan9). he hired me on freelancer and gave me one project i have completed and he paid me then he gave me another work of web and mobile app but this time he did not give me any advance amount and said he will pay me in the end so i trusted on him and after complete work his not responding my messages and dont want to pay mt amount.. he has a company with the name of "DEVELOFLEX" and he dont have any developer or employee he outsource all the work and lying to there clients that ha have a big team of developer and all but in reality he is a beggar who want work on free of cost. guys be aware from this guy he is a fraud. and his company also a fraud please please please be aware..

Yes -I completely concur. Matt Langan is a scam artist. I have begun a lawsuit and collection process for money owed and work not completed. In addition please look for an additional complaint opened on this web site. For those who want to reach out and really warn other consumers, be sure to include his name Matt Langan along with words like complaint, scam law suit etc. This will help when people do searches on Matt Langan Develoflex company name to check his past work referrals.
