Deuya review: 2 dresses

I ordered two dresses which arrive very promptly from a shipping center in Newark NJ. The dresses are too tight on top and I requested return/exchange authorization and return address as per their website.

They now claim that they are in Dubai which is the only place to return to.

I am being offered $42 which is not acceptable since I paid $79.78 for the two dresses. They also claim to have distribution center in USA there is no need to return to Dubai
