These are the main complaints we have against Details Unlimited.
1) False statements and promises made in initial phone interviews.
2) Unwilling to disclose what work would be done, and by whom, and when.
3) Unwilling to disclose any terms of business.
a. Hourly rate for labor performed, refused to disclose,
b. Hourly rate for hired labor refused to disclose,
c. Commission rate for sale of items refused to disclose.
4) Delay in completing work, necessitating delay in listing house for sale, costing the estate considerable extra money
5) Excessive charges for labor
6) Excessive commissions on sale of items
7) Requesting and receiving from the estate attorneys large advances for undocumented costs.

Desired outcome: We don't really expect any money returned, but mainly to call out this unethical and predatory business. They prey on people who have just lost a loved one and take unfair and unscrupulous advantage of them.
