Poor Customer Service and Hassle with Returns at Dermavenue
So, I ordered some stuff from Dermavenue and unfortunately, I wasn't too happy with it. I wanted to return it, but boy was that a hassle! Even though I didn't even open the package, they still made me pay to send it back to their company in California. And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother answering my calls or emails. I mean, come on, customer service is important, right? Needless to say, I won't be using them again.
