Department Of Labour Of South Africa review: Rustenburg

I declare.i was on the 20/8/2023 was at the labour department. And fill in forms and was told after 15 days the money will be paid in to my account ,nothing happen today on the 14/09/2023 i went there to find out, at 7h15 i arrived at the Department, They open at 08h00 and start let the people in, I went in about 09h15 the security shows me to sit here i wait, then a security lady come and ask me and was move again, then a lady come and talk to the people because it seems nobody knows what to do and the people start to get difficult ,but she don't talk in English she talk in there language that we don't understand ,at about 9h15 the only counter that was working was number 1 at payment, the other counter was still not in operational, then counter number assist me i must wait still waiting for another 15days that my money to be paid in to my account iask him why he just told me he fixed my papers but the first time everything was approved and it was written on my paper it was approved i got an sms it is approved but the money was not paid into my account now i must wait another 15 days
