Dental Vu review: Dentures

I went with my sister to Dental Vu, off of exit 17 in I87, because she has had 2 sets of dentures, both by Deepak H. Bakhru and his wife, over a span of 20 plus years. They took her old teeth and used those for the molds. we know this, because the new teeth were identical. she went to get new ones because the old ones were hurting and worn down - falling apart. The first time she put them in they hurt. she complained - and was told to try them overnight. She went home crying. She called that night and got an appt for the next day. He "fixed" them. She called the next day and said she couldn't wear them because they hurt. Well, that was Friday. She had an appt on Monday (1/31) today and they told her to keep it because they wanted her to wear them over the weekend. She couldn't put them in they hurt so bad! She has sores in her mouth too. They would only refund the bottoms because they said she didn't complain about the top ones. (This is TOTALLY BS, as she had called me after each appointment.) I put the total payment on my credit card for her. They would only give us back 1/2! Now we are out $910 and there isn't enough on my card to get her teeth.

Now I know why my father was having such a hard time with his teeth from the same place.
