Denny's - poor business practice
I'm a mother of a young man who works for Denny's Restaurant in Cranberry Twp. Pa. I think that something should be done with that place, they give my son a schedule & he goes in on time & they will only work him maybe 1 hr. in a 4 to 5 hr. shift then send him home. We live about 12 hr. away. if they think I can get there in 5 min. they are sadly mistaken. They know before he comes in if they are going to need him. I think they should have some consideration for there workers. Considering gas prices, mileage & time it takes to get there. They hired my son back in March of 2008 knowing he is handy capped & now they have hired non-handy cap people & they get to work their whole shift but not my son. If this is the policy of Denny's I feel everyone should boycot this place.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I think its sad when you go out to eat and you have to leave your coat on while you eat because the heat still hasnt been fixed children are bringing in blankets so they wont frezze and waitress are bringing space heaters from home but it doesnt help GET THE HEAT FIXED gunbarrelcity tx its been broken even last winter
Eat breakfast today and been sick since terrible place in Harmarville pa.

I waited 30 min before I was served. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Extremely poor wait sraff. Dirty tables. Waitress with body ordor. Waitress never checked back if food was okay or if needed refills. When went to check out didn't even know where sat and she was our Waitress. Very poor service all the way around.

Disappointed that your establishments deney blacks service. I am outraged! When is this going to stop? This is wrong on so many levels and you call the police? 5201 Granit Road. Discrimination is wrong
Food was not ready on time of pick up order 8:30am, then the server kept bad talking about online orders. We want to be refunded since we never received our food but they said to deal with it online. This whole establishment needs help in Ontario Oregon.
I placed an online order on 6/24/2023 at Fredericksburg, VA. I was given an order number and they took my money. The location isn't even open. i cannot get my money back. i have called so many times and i am really frustrated. I called the 800 number today and now they are saying they are closed. this is insane
Made a purchase and asked for a water cup to go. Tried to charge me for a full beverage. Host was rude when I asked again for a to go cup after believing she mia heard me the first time.
