Actually I came online to give Denny Wiggers Landscaping a HUGE THANKYOU! I came across this website by accident and had to give you my experience. I had asked my husband to order firewood before the holidays because my family was flying in from the midwest. Of course time was flying and shopping, cleaning and doing the holiday decorating was upon us and before I knew it I was picking up my parents at the airport.
In the last week we had a snowstorm and the temperatures were in the teens. I asked my husband on Christmas eve to make a fire and lo and behold, NO FIREWOOD! I went online and called several companies and they all had closed EXCEPT FOR Denny Wiggers! Not only did he come out at 730pm He stacked the cord carefully AND threw in the kindling! ...ON CHRISTMAS EVE! WOW!
Thank You Denny for making this holiday a memorable holiday. You and your staff were understanding and I had to let everyone know. Again Thank You!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Purchased Sod to be delivered on Saturday May 26. Stated I needed it in the AM as I had an appointment in the afternoon. I was promised it would be delivered before 10 AM, no one showed. I called and was told that it would be delivered before 12:00. At 1 PM I called to cancel the order. They apologized and asked if I would like to reschedule the delivery, against my better judgement I gave them a second chance, and said I would like fresh Sod delivered on that Tuesday. Seventy rolls of Sod were delivered on Tuesday. The Sod received was old and turning brown. I called and Gayle told me the Sod was received that Sunday and laying around until Tuesday, she was sorry and that that Denny would make it right, he was schedule to come to my house that evening to give me a quote on an outdoor fireplace. He never showed up. I called again and scheduled to meet him at my house on that Thursday, this time I received a call that he was running late and would like to reschedule for Friday night. Friday night he was a no show again. I called and left voice mail that I was very angry. Gayle called back and said he would come by Sunday at around 6 PM. Again he was a now show. It appears that Denny is very unreliable and has no problem with giving old product to customers. I would strongly recommend to take your business elsewhere.
Denny Wiggers is a fraud his firewood is loaded with broken beer bottles that was dumped in our driveway by his Mexican workers, who never came back to clean up the mess or make restitutions.. Due diligence should be excercised.. buyer beware.. google this shister first.. he now operates as Magdens on route 17 north in Ridgewood.. what a piece of ###!
Please remove this from your site. Denny made good on his promise to replace the SOd and has. I do not want to damage his reputation by leaving this post up.
Denny stoped by today and delivered fresh sod to replace the dead pieces. He appologized about the problem and left a few extra pieces of sod for my troubles. He explained that he tried to call me several times but he had the wrong phone number on file. I consider this matter resolved to my satisfaction and was just a miscommunication.
