I received three emails from this person from Delta Recovery Services. I do not have any outstanding debt owed to "Cash Advance" ! This needs to stop! That's not my email address and it doesn't even address me by name!

We reserve the right to commence litigation for intent to commit wire fraud under the pretense of refusing to repay a debt committed to, by use of the internet. It seems apparent that you have chosen to ignore all our efforts to contact you in order to resolve your debt with Payday Services. At this point you have made your intentions clear and have left us no choice but to protect our interest in this matter.
If there is an error on our part and payment has been made, please contact us immediately so that the matter can be rectified. Otherwise, if there is a problem paying this amount owing, please contact us so that an alternative arrangement for payment can be made.
Despite my previous reminders, the above invoice for $714.00 remains unpaid. As such, we would appreciate you making this payment as soon as possible.

I've been getting these emails A LOT and it is the same ammount as you stated and mine said i have 72hrs. But mine went into threatening me that a warrant would be issued, would be arrested, and serve jail time until paid. To my knowledge only the IRS has the ability to do that for tax evasion. Not some company i've never heard of.
OMG! That's really frightening! They need to be held accountable!
