I have requested a refund for undelivered product. I was told that it would take two weeks. This after it taking at least that long to even get a response. It has gone past that point and I have NO REFUND. I have been more than patient and it has not paid off. Please do what you can as these people seem to NOT CARE. I have tried to work with them and they consistently turn a deaf ear.
Claimed loss: $198.00 + unused portion of Service Contract.
Desired outcome: REFUND
