I was employed at Deer Run Rehabilitation for A short time and they stated "I wasn't a good fit". I got along with all the residents and their families, and with all the employees. I did my job to the best of my ability and I think it was above average worker. I think they let me go just before the 90 days so they didn't have to give me medical and dental insurance. Pretty lame. I would watch out if you ever want to be employed by them. If you give the owner a bad look, she will fire you on the spot. Trust me its happened before. DON'T WORK FOR DEER RUN. HORRIBLE EMPLOYER!
Its not that the bad look was might towards her though. It was just a bad day for the girl and it got even worse with being FIRED in front of everyone. Not Cool.

I totally agree with that! And actually I know the place and for who they serve if you cant cut it you shouldnt be there! And if you can't cut it you won't be there, its for the quality of care and perhpas you didnt measure up girl! Go complain and be bitter I guess that shows what type of person you are and perhpas that is why they let you go, good for them! I say hats off it shows they really do care about the population they serve.
I do not agree at all, I guess somebody has a bad attitude and it shows by displaying it on line. We all have jobs that really didn't work out, regardless of if it was of our own or not. I think that through out life you will have great, good and bad experiences however if you didnt make it the 90 days dont place blame, consider it a learning lesson, maybe it was you? Grow up!
