Decofurn Factory Durban review: Selling second hand refurbished furniture as new

I trust you are well. Please can you urgently assist me with the below. I am so worried as we paid for these couches upfront and cash and now they are giving up. We as consumers cannot buy furniture every year when a retailer sells us defective goods like this. We have noticed the difference but never took it too seriously and that is our fault. However little did we know that we were sold second hand furniture but paid for brand new. Decofurn needs to be investigated urgently pleaseeee!

In November 2018 we purchased a set of recliners, 3 seater, 2 seater and single seater and paid cash for it. last year (2019) the 2 seater and single seater started to peal and tear. The 3 seater perfectly fine. I sent several emails to Decofurn with no response watsoever for a month! eventually in-between lockdown i received a ticket number and email stating the Manager from Durban Vishal will contact me soon. This soon was after 3 weeks. He requested pics and invoices which i sent to him immediately. After a month he has not responded. Emails phone calls frustration as my hubby and i saved up the money for a few months to purchase this set. Recently we have noticed the difference between the 3 seater and the other 2 couches. The quality is different, the stitching is completely different. therefore it started peeling easily. This could only mean that we paid for brand new couches but were sold second hand refurbished couches. This could be the only reason that the 2 couches quality differs and the material tearing. i brought this to the managers attention, Vishal, and this was his response " Irrespective of that"! the purchase was over a year ago and HE WILL NOT HELP US IN CHANGING THE COUCHES! My question is, if this what we pay for? when we purchased the furniture, no where did it say that these are refurbished couches. It was sold to us BRAND NEW! Secondly that manager is so rude arrogant and badly behaved. Is this how a manager was supposed to talk to people? I am so disgusted in every aspect of this word. I will not stop until this is sorted and Decofurn is investigated for robbing innocent people who work so hard to save up and purchase furniture to last atleast 10-15 years! If these couches are not replaced for new ones, i will take this further and report this to consumer watch! Irrespective if we only figured this out a yer later, this only means that people are being robbed every day and then that badly behaved manager tells me that we did not take care of it. How do you take care of it? by not using it?
