On August 24 2020 I purchased a kitchen mandolin from DearVerde. They sent me a thank you email no order number but charged my CC. After a few weeks of not receiving my product I emailed them 11 times and received the same canned response. Must be stuck in customs; we will look into this. After 2 months I requested my $38.00 refunded to my CC. Again the same canned response. I believe it is a robo response. Their phone number is disconnected. This company has many different addresses some in Las Vegas, Utah, California. I want my money refunded. My request # is 23194. which changes with every response. These are the emails I have for this scam company [protected]@bellawang.zendesk.com or [protected]@dearverde.com I also have a tracking number saying they received item but never sent it to me. It is an email so I don't know how to send it to you. I want them held accountable.
