I asked to discontinue and not charge me any more, and agreed to keep the rest of the product. A few weeks later, the company charged me $125.99 for the next shipment. I again contacted them explaining that I requested to discontinue the "membership" based on the above results. They assured me that they will reimburse that amount. The first date of contact was May 24th, when I asked to discontinue. After 13 communication via email, I was told that they would reimburse that amount and that it should be deposited back in my account. On July 6, they assured me that the deposit would be in 7-10 days. July 20, they said they had it deposited on July 7th, which was untrue. there were more than 15 communication email and to date I have not recieved any money back. Their product states it is working, yet I have not see any proof, and I feel they mislead people who like me, who truly feel they were genuine in the first place.
