Daytona International Speedway review: prime rib and replacement inedible

On christmas eve I took my daughter and family to location on international speedway daytona beach fl. (party of 4)
The 3 adults ordered prime rib. The 2 med rare orders were 50% fat as I cut it away from both pieces. Showed to manager; additionally tough as shoe leather! She said last 2 orders available. Recommended rib eye. Duplicate of fat, tough, cold and unedable! She took off bill. However she was rude and insulting. Ruined our night. Went to dinner at another non-franchise restaurant. I was a restaurant owner for 32 years; just when you think you have seen it all. Well you haven't. Worst meal experience in my life.
