Crysler Ethics Department:
Three to four months ago I ordered a Diesel Eco 1500 on a friends and family discount. (Stepsister 19 years at Crysler - non retired). The price quoted to me $53,014.00 with a trade in on my Tundra Truck of $22,000.00.
The truck has arrived and TJ Dye has changed the deal and unfortunitly has a bad case of amnesia. Now wants $57,735.00 for the vehicle.
When I ordered the truck I was told I was not required to have a control number because I informed them my sister in law was not retired. They said as long as she worked there it would be ok.
Now they say they cannot honor the original deal because I do not have a control number.
I have requested my deposit back of $1,000.00 and keep the truck and they are refusing that request.
Please let me know if this is how Crysler allows the dealerships to do Business?
