I tried to make a purchase on November 7,2023. The card reader at the store was having difficulties and my first purchase didn't go through. The store reset their system and then had me try 2 more times. Before I went in I had a balance of a little over $220. I told the clerk I would go to an ATM and pull cash.

I checked my balance again and realized that the money on my end had been pulled and I had been charged $59.45/ 3 times and was out $178.35. Today is November 13 and I called to find out what was going on with my money. They were unhelpful told me the balances were correct at which point I stated it is not I never received the original balance back to me and the three transactions of $59.45 still says pending. I'm at a loss there is no numbers or email to talk to someone else. Right before I hung up the customer support was saying if there was money that was owed back to me, I would get it back on November 22. That is over another week and would mean it will take 16 days for me to get my money back... I'm hoping I won't need to call again by then. They are rude and very unhelpful on the phone, and I waited almost a week to call because my last interaction with them was also long, over and hour and was never helped then either just sent a new card but the money that was stolen never returned...

Claimed loss: $178.35

Desired outcome: My funds returned to my available balance
