Management has let me down. One female employee "S" refuses to help with my Dialysis, even to the point of me losing consequence.
I have spoken with the General manager on three separate occasions regarding her attitude towards me. Each time he assured me that it would be dealt with.
Today I experienced two occasions, The first was sever Leg cramping & my blood coagulated within in the line of the machine. The second was so serious that another Tech had to move me to a new machine with new filtering.
BOTH times "S" refused to help me, which is her job to do so. My health is in her hands and lack of providing aid to a Patient is inexcusable. I spoke to the head Nurse "G" about her attitude & about posting it on the internet or I could be sued. I have had NO other problems with any of the other Techs at DaVita OakCity.
I have formally requested that I be transferred to another Dialysis company and am awaiting final placement. Sorry DaVita it had to come to this.
