We missed few orders because the Skipdishes apps on the tablet and mobile phone where logged-out by itself automatically and our restaurant was no longer receive any orders, Even if we set it up to receive order, its logged out automatically right away. I called support team and they said they can't fix it and I have to send email to [protected]@skipthedishes.com. I sent an email but the problem is never resolve. The only thing they were able to do is issuing our store a $5 refund for missing revenue from our our order : )
We not only loosing revenue but also loosing our customers because we were not able to receive their order and serve them on-time properly.
Apparently, your support team is not qualified to provide a proper solution to fix the problem. Please contact me directly to resolve the issue ASAP.
