Cymax Stores review: product was damaged

Please do not shop at this online store. I purchased a mirrored room divider (order #: vrc121-[protected]). This product weighed about 150 pds. The product arrived with the middle panel shattered. Therefore, not only was the product damaged but the delivery company they used was fed ex would not deliver or pick-up the divider from my apartment door . I live in a high rise secure building. When i contacted the cymax returns team. They agreed with fed ex that they only deliver to the first floor and that i had to find a way to get the divider to the 1st floor for fed ex to pick it up. The fact that they are fed ex's customer and they have the authority to tell fed ex how packages should be delivered and/or picked up total escaped the person I was speaking with
