Order# [protected] I ordered this loveseat on May 1st 2022. It was dirty (looked like it was dragged on the floor), the hardware didn't align, and the underneath of the loveseat was ripped. I was given a discount of $131.02. The refund policy was 60 days. I should have returned it the day I received it. Seven months later, I sat in the corner of the loveseat. The back separated from the arm of the sofa. I weigh 120 lbs. I am 5' tall. Imagine if one of my friends, who weighed 200 lbs or more, sat on the sofa! The manufacturer, Modway, would not give me a refund. The seller, Cymax also refused to give me a refund. I spoke to about 5 people at Amazon. Idiots. Then I spoke to a supervisor, Jermaine, who said that it will take approximately 1 week to be processed and that I will receive a full refund for the item. He said I will receive an email. I received an email. Jermaine LIED to me. The email said, "if approved" This is a piece of Chinese crap. This is the first sofa/loveseat I've had to assemble. It didn't last a year. Tonight, 12/27/2022, Daquan told me the supervisor was in a meeting and will call me back in 15 minutes. I'm waiting. I will not give up. The photo is on my phone, not on my laptop.
