I purchased a cyber power pc from Best Buy in July 2025. In January 2026 the PC turned off on its own and every time I would try to power it on it would power on for one second then shut off. I made a warranty repair request to Cyber Power Pc and was asked to ship the pc to them (at my expense) for repairs. The PC was shipped to them and they allegedly fixed the problem and shipped the pc back. When I turned the PC on the same problem occurred. It’s as if they didn’t fix the issue although they stated that they did. I contacted them again and was asked to ship it back this time it was at cyber power pcs expense for shipping through UPS. The PC arrived with them and they contacted me two days after the pc arrived to state that the pc arrived damaged. I asked them to file a damage claim with UPS and they refused. Now they refuse to fix the pc due to the alleged damage “that occurred while shipping.” They are now asking once again for more money to repair the case damage. I filed a dispute with Best Buy and they also denied my request stating the product was outside return policy but the issue wasn’t that I wanted to return the PC it was that the manufacturer which Best Buy sells in their stores refuses to repair their defective product.
Claimed loss: $1829.41
Desired outcome: Full refund
