Custom Solar review: Solar system

This is a review about my dealings with Custom Solar 5260 Summerlin Commons Way Suite #303 & #304 Ft Myers Fl 33907:

(1) On May 2, 2022 I entered into a contract with this company for a solar system. The contract had a provision for a 25 year warranty with SOLARINSURE. I never received this warranty, and they change it to another insurer Omnidian which according to them is better. However, after a long time and my insistence for the warranty, they sent me a 5 year warranty to be signed. I refused to sign the document as I payed for a 25 year warranty.

(2) After the solar system was installed it functioned good for about 1 week then a problem developed and a panel went out. I payed for 27 panels and only 26 are working to this date. After notifying the company they sent their technicians to correct the problem. They have been here 2 times. The system still has a panel not working, and my electric bill is too high. So far the problem with the solar system is still not repaired and functioning properly.
