I ordered my red light facemask from current body on their website. Approximately $389. It just arrived today and it is defective and will not turn on. I have been trying to reach someone and I am getting no help and their format does not Work properly. Unable to chat with someone or call someone. I am very angry and I don’t know where to turn.

Desired outcome: Refund. This company is not reliable to do business with if I can’t get some help. I have followed all the directions properly to charge and it is not turning on.
